By accessing or using MoveSquad ("the App"), operated by Boothby Lab LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MoveSquad is a fitness competition application that allows users to create squads, participate in challenges, and compete with friends based on physical activity metrics. The App integrates with third-party health platforms including Apple Health, Fitbit, Google Health, and other fitness tracking services.
3. User Accounts
To use MoveSquad, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Third-Party Integrations
MoveSquad connects with external health and fitness platforms such as Apple Health, Fitbit, and Google Health. These connections are established securely using industry-standard authentication protocols. By authorizing these connections, you grant MoveSquad permission to access your activity data for the purpose of powering challenges and leaderboards. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings or the respective third-party platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Manipulate or falsify activity data
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in challenges
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MoveSquad, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Boothby Lab LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
MoveSquad is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. MoveSquad is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boothby Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms in the App. Your continued use of MoveSquad after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
